Dancing Queen
Nan, a former prostitute ladyboy, and Ohm, her boyfriend—both HIV patients, are at their lowest point of their life after coup d’etat in 2014 and the death of King Bhumibol.

Nan, a former prostitute ladyboy, and her boyfriend Ohm are both HIV patients. They are at their lowest point of their life after the coup d’etat in 2014 and the death of king Bhumibol. After Ohm recovers from tuberculosis, Nan decides to take him from the hospital back to Bangkok and finds another part time job since she cannot work full time as Ohm still needs someone to take care of him. Unfortunately, there are few part-time jobs since the coup d’état destroys the economy. Nan decides to take Ohm to her parents’ home in Kanchanaburi while waiting for the cabaret show job at Koh Chang island’s New Year party.

At Koh Chang, Ohm gets much better and decides to take part in the cabaret show too. They spend a good time with their old friends for a few day before getting back to reality.

Nan plans to get Ohm ordained as a monk and she will go to work as a ladyboy in Bangkok as soon as possible.
