
Bora Lee-Kil (1990) is a South Korean filmmaker exploring Deaf culture and disability. She holds an MA from the Netherlands Film Academy. Her documentary Glittering Hands (2014) won a special mention at Yamagata IDFF, and Untold (2018) was honored at Busan IFF. A UnionDocs and Berlinale Talents alum, her current project, Our Bodies, is supported by Chicken & Egg Pictures and received the Best Pitch Award at DMZ Docs Industry, continuing her storytelling from the intersection of silence and sound.
